In early 2005, I drew on my passion for customer support and started Superior Support Solutions (currently Customer Service Edge,LLC), a company rooted in providing customer service for digital products created by internet marketers. Working in that arena opened up many avenues and covered markets ranging from dog training, addiction help, self help, SEO, social media, and even a wide range of internet marketing training products. By covering such a diverse range of topics, created by well known and successful marketers, I began to attain knowledge in a vast range of topics and mediums. Having access to the marketing technologies and information is what led to the creation of Local SEO Edge. Working with so many successful internet marketers was the springboard to developing the marketing methods designed to help local entrepreneurs and businesses.

Because of the trends of today’s internet, my clients began asking me for help in the SEO process. Beginning with providing the tedious and time consuming tasks required for SEO, I watched the money begin to roll in for my clients. One day the evidence became clear that what was happening on a national, even international scale with SEO could and should be utilized in the local market! I began to look into the science of SEO, taking courses and seminars, and talking one on one to established SEO masters to learn the tricks of the trade to be able to bring affordable services that offer real results to local business. Because of my own background in the local restaurant business with my family, I know how important local businesses are to society today.

Now I am taking what I learned, combining my success in customer service and my knowledge of SEO, and expanding my services to promote business success on the internet, but focusing on the local area of the business with LocalSEOEdge.com. Helping local businesses rank high in search results has become a new passion for me.
